I hereby inform that on July 1, 2024, the business activity conducted by Adam Bieliński under the name Dakro Regeneracja Adam Bieliński (NIP 7122926558) was transformed into BIMOT spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Lublin, pursuant to art. 5841 of the Act of 15 September 2000. Commercial Companies Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1526, as amended).

Pursuant to art. 553 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, the transformed company is entitled to all the rights and obligations of the transformed entrepreneur. This means that the entity of the existing contracts, receivables and liabilities of the entrepreneur remains BIMOT sp. z o. o., which continues the business activity previously conducted by Adam Bieliński. In particular, the company will fulfill all obligations incurred before the transformation. The contracts concluded with the entrepreneur also remain valid, and by virtue of law, on July 1, 2024, the company became a party to these contracts.
